I grew up around the best cooks my two grandmothers and my mom. My mother has been cooking forever and has worked in the food service industry for over 25 years. I used to not want to cook. but when you move out and mom doesn't come over to cook you have to figure out how to eat. So I have been dabbling in the cooking field for some years now. I really like cooking fun things that are catchy or creative. I enjoy making candies for the holidays and dinners all the time. I can't think on any traditions. But one thing I know, my brothers and I do not let my dad make oatmeal. My mother was away for a few days and my dad was the cook and he made oatmeal and the local cement company called for the recipie. We don't let him live that down.
