Love to BBQ, but when the BBQ is off and the stove is on I NEED a recipe. Love making simple, inexpensive but delicious meals that we don't normally have.
My cooking triumphs
Making Aussie chicken which I found the recipe on here was my first major cooking triumph. Now it seems like every weekend is a triumph.

Cream Cheese Jalapeno Hamburgers
This was super easy to make and everyone loved it. Even used the left over filling on hotdogs.....so many possibilities.
