Cheesy Polenta
This is THE most flavorful, creamiest polenta I have ever made. I had mostly moldy cheddar, so I used half cheddar and half mozzarella, and it was really delicious.

Herbed Lamb Chops
Very good light marinade! When I made these the whole family loved the flavor. This would be great for company!
