Tart Lemon Ice Cream
While the lemon taste of this ice cream is delicious, it requires a few steps of preparation. It's great that you don't use the hassle of an ice cream maker, but the texture is more like a sorbet than a cream.

Creamy Spinach Casserole
It's really delicious and easy as it can be, but I expected it to have more of a creamy consistency, as though it had cream cheese in it. Next time, I plan to add cream cheese and more garlic.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert
Dang, this is good. I had something like it years ago and never could find the recipe until now. It's also extreme easy to put together. I plan to serve it to company, too.
