Delicious Chicken Casserole
This was great! We didn't have any celery or celery salt, so I didn't use either. Also, I cut the ingredients in half as there was only two of us. I made enough rice for 4 people and added boullion after. Instead of boiling the chicken, I sprinkled 2 chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)with salt, pepper and lots of garlic powder and onion powder. I cooked them in the oven in an inch or two of chicken broth. In the sauce I added a dash of cayenne pepper and a little bit more spices than the recipe called for. I also added regular chicken broth instead of the broth that was from the chicken. I layered the casserole dish instead of mixing it all together and added a light layer of shredded cheese under the crackers. I used lots of crushed up crackers as well. I will definitely make this again and we have lots left over for lunch tommorrow!

Juicy Roasted Chicken
I made it exactly as described and didn't find it to be that great. There wasn't a lot of flavour. It was juicy, though that can be easily achieved by using an oven bag. I have to say that I won't make this one again.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice I
Delicious! I followed the directions of other reviewers and added a bit of garlic powder, ginger and a bit of hoisin sauce. I also cooled the cooked rice (made enough for 6 ppl) in the fridge so it was sufficiently cooled when we mixed it all together. It turned out really well and we'll definitely be making this recipe again! Oh, and the leftovers were still great the next day!
