Eggplant Parmesan II
This is a wonderful recipe. The eggplant on the top layer stayed crispy, which I have never had happen when using fried eggplant. I used my own homemade marinara sauce, which gave it a little spicy kick. I made this over a week ago and re-heated the frozen leftovers today. Still tastes great!

Movie Star Popcorn
I had to use vegetable oil the first time I made this as we didn't have peanut oil, but it still turned out great. I have made it several times now. Our whole family loves it. I am even able to use locally grown Iowa popcorn. I'll never microwave again!

Slow Cooker Ham
My husband and kids loved this ham, and I loved that it was so easy to make. We used the leftovers in a cheesy ham and potato soup - also a big hit. Thanks for the recipe!
