White Texas Sheet Cake
Wow! Incredibly sweet! My husband said that it put him in a diabetic coma!! It was good but I will make it in a regular cake pan next time and not as a thin sheet cake since it was just so sweet. I'm wondering if that may cut some of the intense sweetness since the icing wouldn't be as thick.

Sweet and Crunchy Salad
It's so good that we keep digging into it before it was fully marinated! I was looking for some kind of summer salad for my 15 year old son's birthday dinner and saw this recipe. He adores Ramen noodles so I thought that I would give it a try. Now I just have to keep him from sneaking anymore bites before the big dinner! I used white vinegar and stevia in place of sugar. It tastes wonderful and it has no funny after taste. I have a feeling that this will become a summer staple around my home. Next time I am going to try one pack withthe noodles wet and the other pack to use as dry noodles.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III
I made this for Christmas to give out as mini loaves for family and friends. I used almond extract in place of vanilla. I have had so many requests for the recipe. It was an incredibly good cake and so easy to make. This week I am going to use this recipe to make my mother's birthday cake and frost it and use fondant to decorate it. I am hoping that it will hold up!
