I love to cook Indian food with lots of spices. I love finding new, eccletic recipes - thats why this site is so great! My favorite family meal is mom's cooked dinner... a roast, various boiled veggies, salt beef, and gravy.. mmmmm. No one makes it like mom! My best dish lately is "Spicy Yam Soup". My boyfriend and I love it so much we call it one of our 'soup nazi' soups. He also makes a mean Mulligatawny that falls into that category!
