This recipe was OUTSTANDING!!! It's such a versatile meal. It's inexpensive to make and it tastes GREAT!!! I also added mushrooms and deleted the green pepper. I added a side salad and some garlic bread to this meal which made for a memorable dish.

I thought this recipe was GENIUS!!! The glaze was the perfect addition to these little yummies. I liked the fact that the meatloaf was smaller than normal so that my kids weren't overwhelmed with too much meat. As a little somethin' different I added some honey to the glaze which made it taste even better! Also, instead of using oats I used lipton onion soup mix which gave the meat even more flavor!
