I followed another reviewer and mixed the cake mix w/ the peaches in the syrup minus 1 cup that I sprinkled on top with slivers of butter. Def. too much liquid with dry spots of mix - so I just stirred it all up. Next time - I will drain the liquid. This is not a cobbler - but a dump cake. And though I had some runny issues - it is really good with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. My Family loved it & for me, that is all that matters.

I drink this often - but when I can't find cherry juice - I have found that diet cherry pepsi and beer are FANTASTIC together.

I loved this recipe - though I used soaked black beans - instead of can, dashed a little extra seasoning on it and omitted the bell peppers since my family does not care for them. I served mine with cut up avocado for more tex-mex taste and ate leftovers for lunch for a week straight. LOVED IT!!!! Also - topped it with pepperjack cheese and it was SSOO DELISH!!
