Hungarian, Mediterranean, Latin and Caribbean inspired dishes. Palascinta, Csirkepaprikas (chicken paprika), ceviche, empanadas, carne asada, jerk pork, rice & peas, seafood etc.
My cooking tragedies
When I was about 16, I tried to make a loaf of Cuban bread--if I had kept it, it would have to this day still have made an excellent baseball bat. It was a long, skinny, super dense, BRICK!
