Asian Beef with Snow Peas
This recipe has become a weekly regular at our house! It’s so easy and delicious! I didn’t have rice vinegar so I substituted semi-sweet sherry. Also, I added sliced mushrooms which really absorb the flavour. I serve it over rice noodles.

South African Yellow Rice
I agree it was too sweet - but next time I’ll make it with 1/2 the sugar it will be perfect. Very fragrant and tasty!

Double Tomato Bruschetta
Simple and Superb! I left out the sun-dried tomatoes but added one finely-chopped red onion. This recipe is fragrant, delicious and so easy. It made a big impression!
