About this Cook
I,m 40 and have been cooking since I was 10 1/2.I started out with simple things at first,an gradule made it to more diffcult things.I loved watching the galloping gormay.I tryed to watch as many differant shows and learnd alot from my grandmother also.But some times just the old trial and error stuff.Most people tell me I should go to cooking school.But I couldn't deal with that much pressure to do that kind of job.Most places make little plates of food and I would put to much on the plate and get fired LOL.I have been told I make the best french fries.I will leave my recipe for the in the site.
My favorite things to cook
My all time favorite thing to cook has to be chickin.I love to eat it and find new ways to cook it.My grandmother gave me a book on how to cook it(100 way to cook chickin)It is a great book with many good recpies.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I don't have any one right now but love to try any.
My cooking triumphs
Has got to be french fries they can't be bought in a store and taste like the way I make them.
My cooking tragedies
Has to be fried chickin I just can't seam to get it fully cooked for the life of me.If its bonless it comes out right,but with the bone it a diaster.
