My favorite things to cook
My favorite things to cook contain large amounts of cheese and are not easy on the waist line. I love making chicken alfredo, stuffed shells, lasagna, oh and mozzarella chicken. YUMMY!! My other vice is anything with chocolate, from brownies to cookies to cakes, I'm all about the sweet stuff.

Goulash Supreme
This was very good. Only change I made was I replaced the paste with tomato soup. I like it with a little less tomato flavor and this helps it from being so rich.

Broccoli Cheese Soup
It was good though I thought it tasted a little too much like processed cheese. I'll try this again, but with real cheese this time.

Easy Sausage Strata
This is the best!! It's just like what my mom used to make, except hers called for a touch of horseradish. I made this a second time with left over ham from Thanksgiving, yummy!!!
