Best of the Best Blueberry Muffins
Absolutely delicious :) I had to make 'fake' buttermilk, as I had none on hand, but it didn't affect the flavour a bit.

Pizza Casserole
Really good! I have two picky eating children and they loved it. It's simple to make and you can throw in whatever normal 'pizza' toppings you have handy. I definitely agree with a previous review.. a GOOD quality pizza sauce is a must have!

Pasta with Roasted Butternut Squash and Sage
REALLY nice recipe, even the kids ate this happily! I didn't have turkey sausage, so I used lamb sausages but everything else was per recipe and it was delicious! Definitely a keeper.
