No Fail Pie Crust I
Definately an easy first-timer pie crust. Used it to make Chicken Pot Pie IX from the site. Was great. Turned out flaky and had nice golden color to match. Dough was very easy to work with.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust
Not a first-timers pie crust...was too hard to work with, both times I tried to make it dough easily cracked as I rolled it. Following tips - essentially by keeping things as cold as possible - helped.

Spicy Beef Curry Stew for the Slow Cooker
Not bad...added one green pepper. Was very soupy, will try dredging the meat in flour next time. Also used only one jalpeno pepper, will try two next time with a little more curry powder for more heat
