Best Ever Chicken Casserole
This is really good itself or add your own ingredients. The mayo and cornflakes makes a difference. I put some shredded mozzarella, mushrooms and the cracker base on the bottom, a bag of frozen veggies and it was delicious, even the finicky men of the family finished it all!

2-Step Garlic Pork Chops
Easy and delicious. Added a can of mushrooms, half an onion and parsley. Served with mashed potatoes as suggested by another reviewer.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies VII
Wonderful. Added a tablespoon of honey. Used the pumpkin bar cream cheese icing recipe with it and it was great. Will make again.
