Basic Crepes

These were perfect! Added sugar to make them sweet. Will make them time and time again cause they're so easy.

I made this for dinner tonight and it was amazing! The sauce tasted perfect, who knew tomato soup?! Not only was it delicious, it only took about 20 minutes to make. I will make this time and time again.

Tomato and Avocado Salad

Yummy! A great way to eat avocados which I love! I scaled the dressing down thanks to some others' suggestion and it came out great.

Grilled Vegetables in Balsamic Tomato Sauce with CousCous

The balsamic was a little overwhelming might try red wine vinegar if i ever make this again. It needs something otherwise the couscous is too dry.

Chicken Wing Dip

This was amazing! I made it when some people came over to watch football and everyone raved about it. I kept it warm in a mini crock pot which worked really well. Also served it with frito scoops which was perfect, had celery sticks too but they weren't as good as the scoops.

Vegetarian Four Cheese Lasagna

This recipe was great! Pumpkins aren't in season so i used yellow squash instead and it was awesome. The eggplant and pesto really make this dish amazing. i'll make it again but next time might make it in two smaller dishes and freeze one since it's a lot of food for one person.
