I LOVE to cook!! I will try making just about everything. I have made 2 huge recipe books from all of my favorite recipes. Anything Italian. I'm Italian so cooking in my family was always a big thing. EVERY holiday ther would be pounds and pounds of pasta and seafood and cookies galore!! my specialty is eggplant parm. i've converted 2 non-eggplant liking people into eggplant LOVING peolpe. My husband and my father in-law. both said they would never eat it. now they both ask for it ALOT. Whenever I ask my father in-law to do some work around the house he response will be " Well, maybe for a platter of eggplant, i might be interested" Don't ask me to make bread. i can't do it.
