As hard as it is to believe I made my first soup when I was four years old. I told our maid that my mom had said I had to make the meal and she believed me. I made an authentic Clombian soup called Snacocho. I have been cooking ever since. I love to bake, especially Colombian, Swedish and French cuisine. I was adopted and my mom is Swedish and my dad is French. I loce to cook chicken, potatoes and I especially like slow cooking and baking. Although, I grill al lot too. We always have lefsa, a swedish potato dough kind of flat bread. Spritz a Swedish butter cookie, Natilla a Colombian dessert and Flan. ALl of which I make for the Holidays. I have many as I don't follow a recipe a whole lot but make up my own. My biggest triumph is an omelet I created with bell peppers, onions and cheese in it. I tried to make some ground turkey casserole and it was runny and gross.
