Slow-Simmered Kidney Beans
This was pretty good, but a little too sweet for me (and I cut down the sugar by a lot). It reminded me of hot dogs in baked beans. My fiance ate it once, but didn't want the leftovers. I felt the same way, the sweetness got old after a few bites. I think I would make it with tomato sauce next time, instead of ketchup and sugar. The kidney bean, kielbasa combo is classic though.

Pesto Polenta Lasagna
I thought this was pretty good. I might brown the polenta first next time.

Pizza Dough I
I thought this was ok, but heavy and dry for a pizza crust. I even added extra oil when I was spreading it out, and I brushed the crust with oil before baking. But, it ended up dry and cracked.
