This is delicious! The only thing I did different is I place the pork on a wire rack over a water bath. Into the water bath I added liquid smoke (amount depends on the persons own taste, I like the flavor of the liquid smoke) I also took the advice of others and doubled the sauce recipe, and I rubbed the pork really well with the dry rub and left it to merinade on the counter top for about 2 hours or until room temp. before cooking it.
