White Bean 'n' Ham Soup

This recipe was a wonderful base for a bean and ham soup. I added 4 cups of chicken stock, instead of the water, and it fed our family of four. Wonderful!

This was a good "basic" recipe for a thicker "eggy" bread pudding. I enjoyed it for the simple flavor and for the collaboration of very few ingredients. Would taste better, in my opinion, with a home made bourbon, lemon, or cream sauce.

Quick Coconut Cream Pie

First of all, there was no such thing as a 5.1 oz of vanilla pudding at Wal-mart. There was a small size and a large size, and nothing was even close. So, I had to use one that you cooked. Taste was okay. I think the recipe needs to be updated with appropriate sizing.

Garlic Red Potatoes

I don't know why this didn't work, but after following the recipe to a "T" and baking for the called for 40 min. my potatoes were still hard. Quite a disappointment!!

No Fail Pie Crust I

This pie crust was just okay. It didn't want to roll out for me after refrigeration, and then it was way too crumbly. I had a hard time getting the dough to roll out smooth and not crack and separate. I think I will just stick to my own pie crust.
