I love to cook and bake:-) I am married and have 3 kids.I am currently in college,majoring in medical assisting.I have 6 piercings and 4 tattoos(more tattoos to come!). I love to bake anything sweet. I also love to make big "southern" dinners. I remember when I was a little girl I used to always help my mom in the kitchen or I would stand at her side and watch her cook/bake everything.I love when my kids do the same thing to me now b/c it brings back memories. There's not really one thing that stands out in my mind as a triumph.Everything I make usually comes out good. The first time I ever made a pumpkin pie, I followed the directions to a T. I baked it for the time it said and let it cool.Later, I offered to get my family a piece and we all bit into it and wanted to puke. it was not cooked all the way through.I was disappointed!Now,my pies come out perfect.I'm not sure what was wrong with that pie!!
