I started cooking when I was 10. My first attempt at baking was a huge success and difficult! It was Baked Alaska and not a single drop of ice cream melted! I've been having fun ever since! Anything! I love trying new recipies and working on old ones to update them. Italian!! I have a wonderful sauce recipe that does not have an actual recipe. I love that it can change from one time to another with different flavors! Most anything I cook comes out good. The most successful have been off the cuff! My experimental soy meals do not meet well with the family. It is best for me to make them just for myself!!
