Awesome Spicy Beef Kabobs OR Haitian Voodoo Sticks
Wow! These were such a hit at a recent party everyone wants the recipe. Warn those who don't like things too spicy, they are HOT, but great with the sour cream. So easy to make and fantastic! Rave reviews. I can't wait to make them again for other friends.

Erin's Indonesian Chicken
This dish was really excellent and very easy to make. I used chunky peanut butter (because that's what I like) and didn't put the extra peanuts on top. I didn't have chile paste but used hot sauce and it was good... I'd like to have more zing though so I'll go out and buy some paste. It was done quickly and I cut the recipe in half for just 2 people and it was perfect. I will definitely be making this again!

Pasta with Scallops, Zucchini, and Tomatoes
Really delicious. Don't be shy about adding a little more flavor, some more garlic.. add some freshly ground black pepper too. It certainly doesn't need a pound of pasta. I used 1/2 box and it was more than enough. For a healthier option, use whole wheat fettuccine or spaghetti. It adds flavor to the meal. I used sea scallops instead of bay scallops (what the store had, and my personal preference) and they were great. I just chopped them up into smaller, bite-sized pieces. My mom and sister loved it so much, they kept my copy of the recipe and make it all the time.
