Im a sophomore at Liberty High School and Im a pretty good student. I love baking and cooking, but Im also a band geek and a NJROTC freak. I want to open a cafe at some point after I graduate from college, because it sounds fun to me. Oh, and I'll get some new pictures eventually of things that I make... then this may seem more like a cooking profile. = ) I love to bake cakes and cook chicken and pork. Cookies are another personal favorite, except when I burn them, then they are my least favorite. ; ) My family is not big on traditions, but I do remember that every year my sister and I go to my grandmas house and bake a german chocolate cake for my grandpas birthday, and that always makes him happy. My greatest cooking triumph was when I was in foods class my freshman year and our final was a dessert contest. Me and the two other people in the group picked a mint chocolate cheese cake. I know, sounds a little strange, right? Well it turned out great and we won the contest. It was awesome. It was a boston cream pie and it was just horrible... that's all you could really say about it. It was runny and weird... it was sad.
