Mexican Casserole

This was fantastic! so easy to make! I put twice as much salsa as directed, kept the chicken nice and moist. Also, i used baked tostitos (for less fat) and low fat cheese. Great recipe, I will definently make this again and again!

Factory Workers Chicken

This is so easy to make! Very tasty. I now make this every couple of weeks and bring it work for lunch. Plus, using boneless chicken breasts and fat free italian dressing, it's quite low fat. Thanks for this great, simple recipe.

Key Lime Cake III

There was only enough frosting for half of the cake. I did not like the flavor of the icing-too cream cheese tasting-for my taste. I added in another stick of butter and 2 more cups of confectionary sugar, along with another few tbs of key lime juice, and liked the flavor and texture much better.

Very very easy to make and really quite tasty. Interesting combo. of flavors. Next time i would put less mustard-a little strong for me. Also, the chicken was still pink after only 30 min.-i baked it for 40.

Best Chicken Ever

Just the smell of this chicken cooking made me want to throw up. It smelled terrible. Tried it, couldn't even eat one piece. Ended up throwing it out. Horrible.

Coconut Ice

Very very sweet. I'm a huge sweet eater and I couldn't even handle these. Very attractive, but a combo of just sugar and coconut is just too sweet. Though they did look good on a cookie/fudge platter.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

These had a good flavor, but way too watery and runny. I think maybe if you take out some of the cream cheese and add in bread crumbs, that may do the trick. probaly won't make these again.

Cherry Blossom Fudge

Real French Crepes

These were ridiculously easy to make. Great with blueberries or just plain butter with REAL maple syrup. Yummy! There were lumps when i put them in the pan, but when the Crepe was done, they were gone. Very easy to flip! No mess.

Kentucky Butter Cake

This cake was so incredibly good and light. I used "i can't believe it's not butter light" and it still tasted fantastic-while saving 1/2 the fat in the butter. Kind of reminded me of a poppy seed cake.

Orange Cream Cake IV

The topping came out so ridiculously runny that i had to add a lot more confectionary sugar- and it still never firmed up. Though it tasted great, it looked like a disaster and i had made it for someone's birthday. Would not recommend this cake at all.
