Chili Mac Casserole
Pretty tasty. I added more cumin and chili pepper to it and liked it much more. Though I did cook it with ground turkey so that might be why I need to add the extra spices. So very yummy. Surely a keeper. My Faience even liked it and he is super picky about anything with spices and even a little heat! I also used Smart macaroni to make it even more healthier and again still yummmy.

Chocolate Cherry Drops
Substituted dry cherries- worked well. They do NOT flatten out, so how you form them is how they will appear. Pretty tasty- would be best with some semi-sweet chocolate chips.
