This was unbelievably good considering how easy it was to put together! And the leftovers make super sandwiches. I recommend this to any busy mom - you can never have enough good crockpot recipes! Thank you, Suzanne! * I had my house on the market and heard that a woman was bringing her husband to see it - she was in love with the house and wanted him to love it too. I put this meatloaf in the crockpot and had it cooking when the man came to walk thru. He must have liked the way my house smelled ---the closing was last week! LOL

This is by far the best cobbler I have ever made. It sounded like it was going to be difficult - but it really wasn't. In fact, I was able to put it together in our camper. This is most definitely a 'do-again'!!!

This is good for a vegetable side, but even better as an appetizer! I used smoked cheddar and topped with a shredded Mexican blend. Next time I will add tabasco when I prepare it. Also, chopped artichoke hearts would be really good in this! I'll do that next time!
