I'm currently a senior in high school, getting through the last of a two year culinary program at a vocational school. I graduate in the spring of '06 and will be going to a culinary college hopefully a year later. When people ask my what my favorite thing to cook is, I say chicken, but I don't mean it. I cook chicken a lot, and there's so many things you can do with it, but I really don't know what I love making. I do know I like to bring out my artistic side with deserts, however.
