Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
Wonderful snack! The seeds were soaked in salt water for a couple of hours fitst. I doubled the ingredients with the exception of the seeds and cooked them a little bit longer. Nice and crispy.

Buttermilk Pancakes II
Nice and fluffy! Great texture and taste. I scaled larger thinking that the scale might be comparable to boxed pancake mix...and it wasn't. This scale is true to large size pancakes. It makes a lot of batter.
