Butter Snow Flakes
My daughter won first place in the County Fair AND Best of Show with these cookies! She frosted them with red, white and blue outlines. Yummy, and a blue ribbon cookie, thank you so much! :)

Absolute Best Pancake Syrup
*Very* tasty pancake syrup! We used it on waffles yesterday *and* then again today. Kids and hubby *love* it! Easy to make, just be sure to heed the directions and use a LARGE saucepan unless you want to be cleaning up gooey stickiness ;) This doesn't make a THICK syrup, so if that's what you're looking for, keep looking. If you're looking for YUM factor, you can stop looking :)

Homemade Pancake Mix
VERY good pancakes! Thanks so much for sharing the recipe :) I think the majority of negative reviews are from people who didn't read the directions properly and added ALL the pancake mix to 1 egg and 3/4 cup of milk. Whee.. that would cause problems. Only use 1 CUP of mix at a time. I think a bit of vanilla would improve the taste even more.
