Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
I made a double recipe because of someones comments and I was so glad that I did. This cornbread was UNBELIEVABLE. Sweet, but not cake-y, and moist. I served it with "the best vegetarian chili in the world" and everyone LOVED it. I think I'm gonna make it for thanksgiving too :)

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
i used laughing cow cheese for some of it, and that worked quite well too!

Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar
I'm kinda obsessed with Pinkberry (tangy yogurt chain in LA) and the mixture of Balsamic vinegar and the strawberries over the ice cream was the right mix of sweet and tangy.
