Caesar Salad Supreme
Too garlicy for my taste. Reduced garlic cloves to 2 when I made it the second time. Much better then.

Sweet Potato Minestrone
Yummy addition of the sweet potatoes. I threw in an apple and some lentils but stuck to the basic recipe
