About this Cook
I have been cooking since I was 13. My first meal I remember cooking was lasagna. It was a disaster but now is one my most requested dinners to make.
My favorite things to cook
Italian and anything chicken
My cooking triumphs
I can cook tuna steak and my older sister still can't.
My cooking tragedies
My very first lasagna was a disaster. Keep in mind I was 13. The noodles were so dried out that how my family at thru it is beyond me. I am now a master at lasagna that people love for me to make it and it is my most requested recipe.

White Pizza a la Chick Lit
It was so good. I put chicken on 1 because I got to small crusts. The other I put turkey pepperoni on to see what it would taste like. We loved it. I will make this again. I used minced garlic from a jar though to make it quicker for me.

Ham Broccoli Braid
I have made this recipe through Pampered Chef quite a few times and its one of our favorites. I don't see the need to cook brocolli or onion before hand because if they are fine enough, there is no need. I also tend to use a montery jack mixture for the cheese insted of swiss. I highly recommend this recipe and will make again soon.

Eggplant Parmesan II
I used one eggplant and that was plenty for 2. I would use a whole jar though of sauce the next time because we like more sauce. I loved being able to bake the eggplant so that way we save on fat by not frying it. I used egg substiute and also baked it at 400 for 10 mins on each side. I baked it with the chees and sauce on 400 for 20 mins. It was delicious.
