Making sugar cookies at Christmas time is a favorite memory. I also love the monthly "International Dinners" my family has. We choose a new country every month and have a pot luck dinner to celebrate that country. I finally made a delicious apple pie with a nice flaky crust thanks to my friend Annette's recipe! I tried a turkey meatloaf recipe from the Southbeach Diet cookbook and it was not fit to eat! That's the first time that's ever happened to me!
