Hot Buttered Rum Batter
This recipe DOES make a lot, but use good ingredients, and who cares? In a pretty freezer container with recipe attached, it's a great gift idea. I used HaagenDazs ice cream, and freshly ground nutmeg, and it was delicious even as a virgin hot drink for the holidays. Rum's optional, but the freshly grated nutmeg on top isn't.

Caramel Snack Mix
I made this for a bridge group gathering, and all the women loved it. They keep asking me to bring it again. I don't care for pecans, so I used almonds and peanuts, but really- any nut would do. Delicious and easy!

Albondigas Soup II
This soup was good- all 3 of my boys loved it and asked me to make it again. It was a lot like a taco-flavored soup. I didn't have any cabbage to put in it, but I think that would have made it even better.
