Grilled Corn on the Cob
This was pretty good, however I'm afraid 30min was a little too long to keep them on--i felt it was just a little overcooked. Also, next time I think I'll try just soaking the corn and cooking and then season w/ butter and salt when ready to eat...less messy this way.

Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken
It takes a lot for me to rate a 5, but I would give this 10 stars! I make this again and again, and give everyone the recipe. You just have to plan ahead for the chicken to sit overnight, but it is SO good and very easy!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Awesome leftovers too! I cut the spicy spices in half and it didn't taste spicy at all, but still great flavor. At first I thought there were too many onions, but it turned out great. I gave it 4 stars because next time I will add more veggies--celery, carrots etc. plus more tomatos and broth--I also used to raw chicken breasts and a can of corn (with the juice). Thanks, will definitely make again!
