Seemed too easy to be so highly rated----but it was great!! Might like chicken more of a shredded texture next time. Made the tortilla strips in oven and worked just great. Will definitely make again and pass this one on to others.

Caramel Frosting IV

As the recipe is written, only 4 stars. I had to keep adding and adding milk (cream actually). The end result was great, creamy and very spreadable, and I will likely make it again.

Apple Crisp IV

Made for Sunday lunch today---as compared to all apple desserts I've had, "just OK". Mainly, it was too dry. For me it could have also been sweeter. Didn't think that bottom layer added anything special. Not bad--just not that special.

Peachy Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce

Actually I just made the caramel sauce to go with another dessert--excellent--drizzled it over apple cake and ice cream--formed a caramel "shell" on the ice cream. Just what I was looking for.

Creamy Chocolate Frosting

Satiny Chocolate Glaze

Perfect amount to pour over a bundt cake. Used microwave directions--perfect. It drizzed half way down the sides and looked so amazing. Next time I may try it with sweeter chocolate chips or another flavor chips--It's great

Baked Ziti I

So quick and easy yet delish. Adding sour cream was great. Do mix the sauce with noodles to avoid dryed out ziti. I cut recipe in half for four people. Will make again!

Super Duper Easy Apple Cake

WOW! Just as delicious and moist as it is easy. I'm impressed and the cake is already almost half gone. Used 3 apples and topped with a caramel glaze from another recipe on this website. This one's a keeper!

Just OK for me. After reading the other reviews, couldn't wait to try but was not "bowled over" as others were. I think alot will be left over and I don't feel compelled to share in goodie bags which is what I had planned. Not quite what I wanted, will keep looking....

Cranberry Relish II

Very good. Unless your family is huge, you might consider cutting the recipe in half. I'm freezing part of mine to bring out at Christmas. I did add a can of crushed pineapple and loved that addition. Also I only used about half of the sugar called for and it was plenty.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

This was excellent. This was my absolute favorite dish at Thanksgiving. It is almost identical to a recipe I've used for years except for having a little less sugar. The leftovers are wonderful.

Cream Corn Like No Other

Sausage Balls

These were really good. Next time I'll make them a little smaller. In my oven I did have to turn to cook more evenly on both sides. Made a simple honey mustard dip which really enhanced this snack. Very easy too--will make for Christmas too.

Chocolate Chess Pie II

Sheer perfection! Baked this to take to sick friend and doubled recipe to keep one for my family. Texture and taste wonderful. Even the baking time of 45 minutes was perfect. This is my favorite chess pie recipe ever!

Cheese and Chive Crisps

Delicious and easy...simply rolled into small balls & used fork to press tops and baked rather than refrigerating first. Would have liked a little more crunch. Otherwise flavorful and yummy.
