Garlic Butter
Very easy to make and it keeps for a long time in the fridge.

Turkey Pot Pie I
Yumm-O! I added frozen peas to the sauteed vegetable mix, about 1 cup. The mixture was 1 cup too much for my 9" pie, most likely due to the added peas. But it was so good!

Sea Bass with Honeyed Apples
The Honeyed apples were a treat, but cooking the fish requires a little more direction. I would use Olive oil with less butter to fry the fish so that the butter does not burn. I used Panko bread crumbs and that worked well. Make sure to peel the skin off the sea bass fillet.
