Cake Balls
I've made this recipe twice now. Once with a Carrot Cake mix & cream cheese frosting dipped in white chocolate. (I also added walnuts, raisins & coconut to the batter before baking the cake) I originally didn't rate them very highly, but I must admit that they grew on me. The second batch I made with a Butter Pecan mix & Carmel Coconut frosting. I dipped the balls in chocolate and sprinkled some with chopped pecans and some with coconut flakes. Wow! They're really delicious.
