I've been cooking for years but only within the last year or so decided to try and be good at it. Chicken soup (from scratch); Rotisserie chicken dinner; breakfast I have none. Mom hated to cook and usually over-cooked meat. Mastering Greek Chicken Soup from memory. Where do I begin? Hash grays (they just wouldn't crisp up), turkey with innards still in it. Over-cooked steaks, under-cooked chicken. Cheese puffs with too much butter. I could go on and on.
