I fully enjoyed this pudding! It was great warm! Reminded me of my childhood back on the mennonite farm. The only thing I did different was use tapioca flour as my thickner. (I prefer it over starch)

WoW!!! I love this recipe! Easy to make... soft & fluffy! I followed the others suggestions and used just 3/4 cups of brown sugar. I used a white spelt flour to avoid wheat...

These muffins are really light and fluffy inside! I subed the recipe to make a chocolate chocolate chip muffin. I added coco powder and chocolate chips to the dry mix. I used vanilla instead of lemon juice and creamed brown sugar with the liquids instead of white sugar. Butter, powdered sugar, & vanilla for the topping!
