Cream Cheese Frosting II

I just added an extra cup of powdered sugar to make it more kid-friendly, and it was the best frosting I have ever tasted! Like a reviewer before me said, you can definitely eat it straight out of the bowl. Yum!!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

I made cupcakes instead of cake. I used canola oil instead of vegetable oil, and mini chocolate chips. I adjusted thebake time to 23 minutes at 325 (using a convection oven). Delicious!

Great recipe! My husband said it tastes better than at the restaurant! I had no problems with texture at all... probably because I grated my own Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

Greek Pasta Salad I

This was an excellent pasta salad!! I made it for a bridal shower, and all the ladies raved about it! I left out the pepperoni, since there were a few vegetarians in the group.. but it still tasted great. I also used rainbow rotini pasta for more color. I prepared it the evening before, and added 1/2 the dressing at night, and the rest right before the shower started.

Famous Butter Chicken

This recipe is delicious, and so easy to make! I cut my chicken breast into tenders, to make cooking and baking a little bit faster. For a dipping sauce, I use the honey mustard dressing that is listed with the Aussie Chicken recipe on this site, minus the onion flakes.

Ranch Dressing II

This tastes so much better than the bottled version! Like some other users, I also cut down the amount of dill. I used the suggestion of using buttermilk instead of sourcream, and it tasted delicious!

Antipasto Pasta Salad

I made this for 2 partys, and it got raves galore! I did make a few adjustments to the recipe though. Instead of seashell pasta, I used a multi-colored rotini. This added a lot of color to the salad! I also used shredded mozzarella instead of Asiago, and used bottled Wish Bone Zesty Italian dressing instead of making my own.

Cheesy Ranch New Red Potatoes

These potatoes tasted excellent! I followed other suggestions and after peeling, quartering, and boiling the potatoes, I put them in a round casserole dish, and mixed in the ranch dressing and cheese. I used the homemade ranch dressing recipe (Ranch Dressing II)from this site. I served this with Aussie Chicken since that used the same type of cheese, and same oven temp!

Baked Potato Soup I

This recipe has turned me into a soup lover! I only made soup once in my life before finding this, and now I'm hooked! I have made this 3 times so far. To save time I microwave my potatoes, and use the bacon bits from the store. Yummy!

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

For some reason the sugar/butter mixture (caramel) turned hard as a rock before anyone could take a bite. Although the pork was juicy and tender, I would not make this again.
