I am a wife and a mother of three young children. I work full time and stay busy! Cajun food, of course!! Our family get togethers with way too much food around, but all so wonderful to eat. I have learned so many wonderful recipes passed down to me by family members. One good thing about cooking cajun is that it is so open to interpretation. When I first started cooking there were a few mess-ups, but thankfully my husband didn't mind too much!
