Mixed Vegetable Salad
I agree that this recipe is on the sweet side. It reminds me of a 3-bean or 7-bean salad I used to have as a kid. This would be a great pot-luck side dish to bring since it's very easy to make and would compliment many other foods.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza
Wow! This is so good, although we did not have to use the entire bottle of blue cheese dressing. I think it would have been way too sloppy. I'd recommend using about half of the bottle or just eyeball it.

Black-Eyed Pea Chowder
I have been searching for a way to make Black-Eyed Peas for years, since my husband "has" to have them for good luck. This recipe will be our family dish for years to come.
