About this Cook
College student in Baltimore, MD. Trying to find new/healthy recipes, as to avoid eating out a lot of the time.
My favorite things to cook
Italian or Mexican stuff.
My cooking tragedies
Hmm... first attempt at making Chicken cordon bleu II from this website. Turned out almost inedible because it tasted so salty.

Cherokee Chicken
Did not care for this flavor combination. It didn't go together well at all.

Hot Portobello Mushroom Sandwich
Didn't think any of these flavors tasted good together. Won't try this again. Came out too moist from the water in the mushroom and the olives were just not good at all with mushroom.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
The first time I made this, it turned out way too salty... maybe the bouillon, but I used as much as it said to. But the sauce was sooooo good, so it was alright. Next time I used more paprika and chives. Was really good, everyone liked it a lot. Highly recommend chardonnay like the recipe says for the sauce!
