I make this cake yesterday. Use all-purpose flour instead of cake flour and 1/2 cup of sugar less. The texture was very nice which is soft and moist. Taste just like the cake that my mom bake 30 years ago.

Best Brownies

Donna's Famous Cheesecake

For quite sometime I stopped baking cheesecake and the itch to want to bake again make me want to try this recipe and it was quite good although I forgot to sprinkle the crackers crumb on top of the cake but I did served it with strawberry pie filling and my 5 yrs old love it so much.

Apple Pizza Pie

I give this recipe a 5 star it is easy to make and yummy too. Instead of canned pie filling, I make my own apple pie filling and for the crust as advised by others, I double it up and I get 2 8' pie. For the topping it was really amazing. My 5 yrs old boy really love this and so are the rest and I can't stop thinking of doing again soon.

Ultimate Cranberry Pudding Cake

This was a hit with my family but add blueberry instead of cranberry and it was soooo good especially with the hot butter sauce, my four years old love it so much. And I bake it in muffin tins and it looks adorable.

Mini Cheesecakes

I give this full marks as it is so easy to prepare & and so yummy. I did add 1 teaspoon of all purpose flour because I like my cheesecakes to be 'firm' & easy for children to eat it without being messy and also I keep it in the fridge overnight and it taste even better.

Neat Sloppy Joes

I made this for a picnic and my children like it soooo much that my eldest son had five servings of the bun! But I use 1/2 bottle of chilli sauce and 1/2 bottle of tomato sauce instead of tomato soup and it was awesome. Sure a keeper.

Buttermilk Pancakes II

I made this pancake for breakfast and they were good as my children would say 'the best pancake ever'. As I did not have any buttermilk in hand, I use 2 1/2 cups of milk and 1 cup of low fat natural yogurt and and it taste as good indeed. oh, I did add chocolate chips to half of the batter and the children and hubby love it. Sure a keeper.

Oven Scrambled Eggs

Easy Cheese and Garlic Scones

Blueberry Cornmeal Muffins

It has a nice texture and nice taste which I like the most is the cornmeal sensation inside my mouth. The only changes that I made is that I use dried blueberry instead of frozen & it was gooooood...
