I am married and have 1 child-a daughter. I work at a local grocery store. I enjoy fishing, reading, knitting/crochet and cooking. I love to cook chicken entrees, chicken is probably my favourite meat and I enjoy finding new things to do with it. My family has been making a chicken paprika dish since I can remember-at least 40 years. Of four siblings, I am the only one who still makes it. Homemade baked beans-thanks to this site, I made them three days after I joined the site. They turned out great. I am not the best baker in the world and many years ago my husband asked me to make homemade apple pie, just like his mother. Well, he now has to drive 2 hours to get the apple pie from his mother. That's all I have to say about that.
